Not through our Mailgun Account.
You are not allowed to send cold emails through our ZZaZZe Mailgun account, including if you purchased or rented an email list from a list broker.
However, you can upload cold lists/purchases or rented lists if you have connected your own Mailgun account to ZZaZZe (or any other SMTP Provider).
If you are sending emails through our ZZaZZe Mailgun account you must have express permission from the recipient with clear, explicit, and provable consent.
This consent should be granted through a confirmed single or double opt-in system that clearly expresses the topic of the subscription on an online or offline form via an unmarked by default checkbox.
If we ever receive an Abuse Complaint from a recipient, we will investigate it thoroughly and if you don’t have verifiable proof that you had Consent to send it in some way, shape, or form, your ZZaZZe Account may be canceled.
We typically don’t encourage cold emailing in the first place as an effective marketing strategy for your business as there are MUCH better ones out there that typically work WAY better than purchasing or renting lists and cold emailing (and are much less slimy).
